Reliable Software

This software has been great to work with. The tech support is by far the best I’ve ever experienced, and I really appreciate that the community is actively monitored and responsive. The only minor issue is with the new update—after saving, it takes you back to the previous screen, which feels a bit awkward. Overall, it’s a very dependable and well-supported tool.

Cost-Effective Business Software

PSV has been a solid, cost-effective business software that’s reliable for us almost all the time. The support is excellent, and I’ve been using it for over 20 years, appreciating that it’s self-hosted (though cloud is available). The only drawback is the lack of a built-in report writer—I rely on i-net and SQL statements—but having a simpler, more intuitive report writer would make things even better.
