Why SoftwareWorld Chooses MarginEdge
"Restaurant operators tend to rely on MarginEdge because it helps take the stress out of food cost management and invoice tracking. Keeping up with vendor bills, recipe costs, and daily expenses can get messy fast in a busy kitchen environment. This software helps back-of-house and management teams stay on top of spending without drowning in paperwork. That said, very small or single-location spots with tight budgets may find the pricing harder to justify."

Easy to use but needs better inventory controls.
The platform is easy to use and presents information in a clear, user-friendly way. That said, changes made in one account affecting another restaurant can be frustrating, and the lack of a dedicated section to track shrink makes inventory management harder. Being able to account for shrink and adjust inventory accordingly would make the tool much more effective.
A valuable tool for smarter menu and Inventory Management!
MarginEdge has been a strong upgrade for us, especially for recipe costing, menu analysis, and mobile-friendly inventory management. While adding new products and navigating vendor data can take some getting used to, it’s been a valuable and effective tool overall.
