Makes Billing Less Stressful
I’ve been using Billbooks for my invoicing and one feature i find really useful is the proforma invoices. I often send one to clients before strting a project so they know the expected costs. It’s easy to create and share and then I can turn it into a proper invoice later. Proforma is not part of my P&L reports or accounts receivables so my invoice list is clean...

Makes quoting and invoicing so much easier
Billbooks makes it easy to create professional quotes and estimates before starting a project which helps me clearly outline the shoot details and costs for clients. Once the work is completed, I can quickly convert the estimate into an invoice and send it without entering everything again.
