Why SoftwareWorld Chooses Artsystems
"Galleries, art dealers, and collection managers often turn to Artsystems because it helps them manage artwork inventory and client records without juggling spreadsheets or paper files. Tracking consignments, sales history, and artist details becomes much easier when everything is stored in one place. It works well for teams handling a large volume of pieces regularly. That said, very small or casual art sellers may find the platform more than they actually need for day-to-day work."

Powerful and Supportive Database Solution
I started using Artsystem-5 in May 2020 to digitize ledger data and upload images for over 10,000 works by a well-known artist, and the system has been excellent for this task. The interface is powerful yet straightforward, letting me manage database elements like year, medium, price, and description with flexibility.
Knowledgeable Team and Highly Supportive System
The best part about Artsystems is definitely the people behind it. The training and tech support are outstanding, and most of the staff have been there a long time, so they really know the system inside out and are passionate about it. Artsystems has evolved over decades alongside technology, and the team is always responsive, providing as much training and help as needed. They’ve even created customizations for us, like bespoke invoicing forms and tailored system features to fit our workflow. I’ve spent so much time with the staff that I now consider them friends as well as business partners. While the integration with Artsy isn’t perfect yet, and the system doesn’t include a front-end website like some competitors, our experience so far has been very positive, and I’m excited to learn more about all the features over time.
