01

Please tell us about yourself in the context of your company and give a brief intro to the organization.

I am RP Singh, CEO of Seasia Infotech. My role is to make sure we are moving in the right direction as a company, and not just in terms of revenue, but also in terms of capability, culture, delivery quality, and the kind of value we create for our clients.

Seasia Infotech has been in the technology services space for more than two decades. We work with businesses that want to build software products, modernize legacy systems, improve internal operations, or adopt newer technologies like AI, cloud, automation, and cybersecurity.

Our services include custom software development, mobile and web application development, AI/ML solutions, cloud engineering, DevOps, QA, cybersecurity, UI/UX, and enterprise integrations.

But I would not define Seasia only by the services we offer. At the core, we help companies use technology to solve practical business problems. Sometimes that means building a product from scratch. Sometimes it means improving something that already exists. And sometimes it means telling a client what not to build, which is equally important.
02

What was the core reason behind founding this company?

The idea behind Seasia was never just to start another software development company. The real need was much deeper. Businesses had ideas, problems, and ambitions, but many of them did not have a dependable technology team that could understand both the business side and the engineering side.

That gap is what Seasia was built to address.

From the beginning, the focus was on creating a company that clients could trust with serious technology work. Not just writing code, not just delivering screens, but understanding what the business is trying to achieve and then building something that supports that goal.

Over time, the type of work has changed. Earlier, companies needed websites and applications. Today, they need cloud platforms, AI-enabled systems, automation, cybersecurity, data visibility, and scalable products.

But the original reason has not changed much. Businesses still need a technology partner who can bring clarity, take ownership, and deliver responsibly. That is really the foundation of Seasia.
03

How is your company different from the competitors in the market?

There are many companies in this space, and many of them are doing good work. So, I do not like making exaggerated claims about being the best or number one. Clients are smarter than that.

Where I believe Seasia stands apart is in the way we take ownership. We try not to look at a project only as a list of features. We first try to understand the business problem. Why is the client building this? Who will use it? What happens if the product succeeds and has to scale? What can go wrong later?

That thinking makes a difference.

We also have experience across many industries including healthcare, fintech, logistics, education, retail, real estate, manufacturing, SaaS, and more. This helps because many business problems are connected. A workflow challenge in one industry can teach you something useful for another.

Another thing clients appreciate is continuity. We do not disappear after launch. Many of our relationships continue through support, new features, modernization, AI integration, or long-term product development.

So, the difference is not one magic thing. It is ownership, communication, technical depth, and staying with the client beyond delivery.
04

Does your company have an in-house team to work on projects, or do you outsource employees as required? If anything else, please share.

Most of our project work is handled by our in-house teams. That is very important for us because software delivery needs consistency. If teams keep changing or knowledge keeps getting lost, the client suffers.

We have in-house people across development, mobile, web, AI and machine learning, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, QA, UI/UX, business analysis, project management, and support. Depending on the project, we create the right team structure.

For example, a healthcare platform may need strong QA, security, and compliance understanding. A SaaS product may need scalable architecture and continuous development. An AI project may need data, model integration, and workflow design. So, we do not treat every project the same way.

There may be times when we need very specialized expertise around a niche tool, platform, or integration. In those cases, we may work with trusted external specialists or partners. But the responsibility for delivery, communication, and quality stays with Seasia.

Clients need to know who is accountable. That is why we prefer a strong in-house delivery model.
05

Which industries do you cover in general? Do you have repetitive clients? If yes, please describe their ratio.

We work with clients across several industries. Some of the main ones are healthcare, fintech, logistics, real estate, education, retail, eCommerce, manufacturing, travel, mobility, and enterprise SaaS.

Each industry has its own pressure points. In healthcare, clients are usually concerned about data privacy, compliance, patient workflows, and reliability. In fintech, the conversation quickly moves to security, transactions, integrations, and trust. Logistics companies usually want better visibility and fewer manual steps. SaaS companies care about scalability, user experience, and faster releases.

Yes, repeat clients are a meaningful part of our business. Many clients start with one project and then continue with us for support, upgrades, new modules, cloud migration, mobile apps, AI features, or full product expansion.

I would not quote a repeat-client ratio without checking the latest verified internal numbers, because that should be accurate if it is being published. But I can say this clearly: long-term relationships are very important for Seasia, and a good part of our work comes from clients who choose to keep working with us.
06

Does your company use AI technologies in service offerings? If yes, could you describe how AI is used in your services?

Yes, we use AI in our service offerings, but I think the important thing is to use it sensibly. A lot of companies today want to “add AI” because it sounds modern. That is not enough. AI should solve a real problem.

At Seasia, we work on generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and AI integrations. The use cases are quite practical. For one client, AI may help automate document review. For another, it may support customer service through an intelligent assistant. For another, it may help analyze business data, detect patterns, or generate faster reports.

We also help companies add AI features to existing systems. That could mean intelligent search, automated workflows, chatbots, recommendation engines, decision-support dashboards, or content automation.

The key is not just the model. The key is whether the AI fits into the business process. We look at data quality, security, user adoption, integrations, and governance before recommending how AI should be implemented.
07

What kind of support services do you offer to your clients?

We offer post-launch support because real software work does not end at deployment. In many cases, launch is where the real learning begins. Users behave differently than expected, business priorities change, integrations need updates, and systems need to be monitored.

Our support includes application maintenance, bug fixing, performance improvements, cloud support, server monitoring, database support, security updates, version upgrades, API maintenance, third-party integration support, and ongoing development.

For mobile apps, support may include OS compatibility, app store updates, device testing, performance tuning, and user experience improvements. For enterprise systems, it may involve access control, workflow changes, reporting, integration updates, and operational support.

Some clients need basic maintenance. Some need a dedicated team that keeps improving the product every month. We structure support based on how critical the system is for the client’s business.

Our aim is simple: the product should remain stable, secure, useful, and ready for whatever the business needs next.
08

Are your pricing rates competitive? How do you justify your business pricing model compared to your competitors?

Our pricing is competitive, but we do not try to position ourselves as the cheapest option. I think that is an important distinction.

In software, the cheapest quote can become very expensive later. If architecture is weak, if QA is rushed, if documentation is missing, or if the team does not understand the business properly, the client pays for it later through delays, rework, bugs, performance issues, or even rebuilding the product.

We price based on the actual work required: project complexity, technology stack, team size, timeline, security expectations, integrations, QA needs, and post-launch support.

We offer different engagement models, including fixed-scope projects, dedicated teams, staff augmentation, managed delivery, and long-term product partnerships. This gives clients flexibility depending on where they are in their journey.

I believe pricing should be transparent. A client should know what they are paying for and why. Our goal is to deliver value that holds up over time, not just finish development at the lowest possible cost.
09

Where will you see your company in the next 10 years, and what are your future plans for that?

In the next 10 years, I see Seasia becoming a stronger global technology partner for businesses that are serious about digital transformation, AI adoption, and scalable product development.

The next decade will not be about software alone. It will be about intelligent systems. AI will become part of everyday business processes. Cloud, cybersecurity, automation, data, and connected platforms will become even more important.

For Seasia, the plan is to keep building depth in these areas. We are focusing on AI-led solutions, AI agents, automation, cloud-native development, cybersecurity, DevOps, analytics, and industry-focused platforms.

But growth is not only about adding new services. It is also about improving how we deliver. We want better project visibility for clients, stronger technical leadership, sharper consulting, and more predictable delivery.

We will also continue investing in our people. Technology companies are ultimately built by people who can learn, adapt, and take responsibility. If we keep strengthening that, the company will keep moving in the right direction.
10

What steps are you taking to adapt your services for a mobile-driven world?

Mobile is not an optional channel anymore. In many businesses, it is the first place where customers experience the brand. Even inside companies, employees expect mobile access to workflows, dashboards, approvals, communication, and reports.

At Seasia, we design and build mobile solutions with this reality in mind. We work on native apps, cross-platform apps, responsive web platforms, mobile-first UX, APIs, and backend systems that support smooth mobile experiences.

But building for mobile is not just about creating smaller screens. The experience has to be fast, simple, secure, and connected. A mobile app may need to connect with cloud systems, payment gateways, CRMs, ERPs, analytics tools, IoT devices, or internal business platforms.

We also focus on performance, security, accessibility, device compatibility, and user behavior. People do not use mobile apps with patience. If something is confusing or slow, they leave.

So, our approach is to make mobile experiences easy for users while keeping the technology strong enough for real business use.
11

Could you explain how you create and sustain healthy relationships with your clients?

I think healthy client relationships are built through honesty more than anything else.

At the start of a project, we try to understand what the client really wants to achieve. Not just the feature list, but the business goal behind it. Why is this product needed? What problem is it solving? What does success look like after six months or one year?

Once the project starts, communication becomes very important. We use regular meetings, sprint reviews, progress updates, documentation, and reporting to keep things clear. But communication is not only about sharing good news. If there is a risk with timeline, scope, cost, or quality, we prefer to discuss it early.

Clients respect that. They may not always like hearing about a risk, but they appreciate not being surprised later.

Another important part is staying involved after launch. Many clients continue with us because they know the team understands their product and business context.

For me, a strong relationship means the client feels we are thinking with them, not just working for them.
12

What steps are involved in your plan to handle and beat the competition in the market?

I do not think competition is beaten by talking louder. It is handled by becoming more useful to clients.

The technology services market is crowded, and clients have many options. So, our focus is on improving the things that actually matter: capability, quality, communication, reliability, and business understanding.

We continue to invest in newer technologies like AI, cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, automation, and data engineering. But technology knowledge alone is not enough. We also work on better discovery, stronger QA, clearer project management, and better post-launch support.

Another important step is building stronger industry understanding. A fintech platform, a healthcare product, and a logistics system may all use software, but their risks and priorities are very different. The better we understand the industry, the better advice we can give.

We also listen carefully to clients. Their problems often tell us where the market is going.

So, our approach is simple: keep learning, keep improving delivery, stay close to clients, and do work that earns long-term trust.
13

What is the biggest challenge that you have faced, and how did you overcome it to make your company successful?

One of the biggest challenges has been keeping pace with the speed at which technology changes.

When you run a technology company, you cannot become comfortable with what worked yesterday. The market keeps shifting. First it was web, then mobile, then cloud, then DevOps, cybersecurity, automation, AI, and now AI agents and intelligent systems. Every few years, clients expect something different.

The difficult part is not learning a new tool. The difficult part is changing the mindset of the organization. Teams have to learn continuously. Processes have to improve. Delivery methods have to evolve. Leadership has to make the right investments before the demand becomes obvious.

We handled this by staying close to clients, investing in our people, building new capabilities, and improving our internal processes. We made learning part of the company culture.

There were difficult phases, of course. Every growing company has them. But the lesson has been very clear: if you stay rigid, you fall behind. If you keep adapting while holding on to trust, quality, and ownership, you continue to grow.
