Please tell us about yourself in the context of your software and give a brief intro to the software.
I’m Maitham Al Lawati, CEO of PowerDMARC. We built PowerDMARC to help organizations take control of their domain security and protect against email spoofing, phishing, and impersonation attacks. Email is a critical communication tool, but it’s also one of the most exploited attack vectors. Our platform simplifies email authentication by offering a full suite of protocols—DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS, and TLS-RPT—all in one place. We serve over 2,000 organizations across 90+ countries, including Fortune 100 companies and governments, providing them with AI-powered threat intelligence and deep visibility into their email traffic.
What was the core reason behind developing this software?
We saw a massive gap in email security. Businesses of all sizes struggled with implementing and managing DMARC, SPF, and DKIM, often leaving their domains vulnerable to spoofing attacks. Our goal was to make email authentication accessible, scalable, and easy to manage—even for enterprises with complex email infrastructures. PowerDMARC was built to solve this problem by automating email authentication, improving deliverability, and helping organizations prevent phishing and business email compromise (BEC).
How is your software different from other alternatives available in the market? How does it benefit your customers?
We focus on making DMARC deployment and management effortless. Our platform offers:
- A single-click solution for deploying all email authentication protocols.
- AI-driven predictive threat intelligence to proactively identify attack patterns.
- Executive reporting for clear insights into email security.
- Multi-tenancy and full white labeling for MSPs and MSSPs.
- Support for 11 global languages, ensuring accessibility worldwide.
- Automated SPF management to fix common issues like SPF flattening.
We don’t just offer a DMARC dashboard—we provide a complete email security ecosystem.
Which industries do you cover in general? Are there any specific industries that are more beneficial using your software?
Any organization with an online presence can benefit from PowerDMARC, but we see strong adoption in industries like banking, healthcare, energy, telecom, education, legal, and IT. Governments, semi-government institutions, MSPs, and MSSPs also rely on our platform for securing their domains and their clients’ domains.
What are the core features of your software that make your product stand out in the competitive market?
PowerDMARC isn’t just another DMARC solution—it’s built for efficiency, automation, and scalability. Instead of manually configuring and managing email authentication, our platform streamlines the entire process with one-click fixes and real-time insights.
What truly sets us apart is our AI-driven threat intelligence, which doesn’t just report issues but helps predict and prevent spoofing attempts before they happen. For businesses, MSPs, and enterprises, our multi-tenant, white-label platform ensures seamless management across multiple domains, all while providing executive-level analytics and integration with existing security infrastructures.
How do you justify the value of your software compared to its cost?
We believe security should be both effective and affordable. PowerDMARC’s basic plan starts at only $8/month for small businesses and all plans come with a 15-day free trial of all features. This makes us one of the most affordable solutions out there.
Despite the affordable and flexible PAYG pricing structure, we offer a complete suite of email authentication hosted services with advanced AI-driven capabilities, providing the highest ROI.
How will you keep up with new technology and customer requirements?
Cyber threats are constantly evolving, and so are we. We’re committed to continuous innovation, enhancing our AI-driven threat intelligence, and expanding our integrations with leading SIEMs and email security platforms. Customer feedback plays a huge role in shaping our roadmap—we actively listen and adapt to their needs.
Where will you see your software in the next 10 years, and what are your future plans for that?
We’re aiming to be the global leader in email authentication and domain security. In the next decade, we want every organization to have zero tolerance for email spoofing and see PowerDMARC as their go-to solution for protecting their domain.
What steps are you taking to adapt your product for a mobile-driven world?
We’ve made sure our platform is mobile-friendly, with a responsive dashboard and real-time push notifications via webhooks, Discord, Slack, and email alerts. This keeps our users informed, no matter where they are.
What are your efforts for maintaining software integrity and regulatory compliance?
PowerDMARC is SOC2 Type 2, SOC3, ISO 27001 Certified, and GDPR compliant, ensuring the highest standards of security and data protection.
Could you explain how you create and sustain healthy relationships with your customers?
Customer support is one of our biggest strengths. We have a highly responsive team that prioritizes problem-solving and quick resolutions. Our approach is simple—listen, support, and continuously improve.
What is the biggest challenge that you have faced, and how did you overcome it to make your software successful?
The biggest challenge was raising awareness about the importance of DMARC enforcement. Many businesses, even large enterprises, didn’t realize how vulnerable they were to email spoofing.
We tackled this by:
- Automating email authentication deployment and reporting.
- Offering hosted solutions to simplify implementation.
- Providing free DMARC training courses to educate businesses.
- Innovating constantly to stay ahead of emerging threats.
Today, we see a huge shift—more organizations recognize the value of DMARC, and we’re proud to be leading this movement toward a more secure email ecosystem.
