Our experience with Snapfix has been very positive from the beginning, and it has become an essential tool for managing our fire walks. The maintenance task feature has helped centralize how issues are logged, ensuring that nothing is overlooked. We have been using Snapfix for nearly a year, starting with daily fire checks and walks, and later expanding its use to cover maintenance tasks and COVID cleaning monitoring. The installation process is simple, and the Snapfix team provides hands-on support at every stage. The only drawback we’ve encountered is a recurring issue where daily fire check tasks occasionally fail to load. However, the customer success team typically resolves the problem quickly, minimizing any operational disruption.

Fast and Efficient Task Management Tool with Minor Integration and Battery Concerns
It is an excellent tool that makes task completion quick and straightforward. The platform is easy to use and allows tasks to be completed efficiently, with the added benefit of web access to monitor and manage task status at any time. Having both mobile and web access provides strong flexibility for day-to-day operations. That said, better integration with property management systems such as Opera would further enhance its value. Additionally, keeping the software running continuously on mobile devices can lead to increased battery usage, which is something that could be improved in future updates.
