Why SoftwareWorld Chooses Axero
"Companies looking to build a better internal culture often turn to Axero for its intranet and collaboration capabilities. It helps teams stay connected, share updates, and find information without digging through scattered emails or folders. For mid-sized organizations managing remote or distributed teams, having a central place for communication makes day-to-day work feel more organized. That said, very small teams or startups may find the platform more than they actually need at an early stage."

Supportive Platform for Community Management
Our experience with Axero has been extremely positive. The support team is responsive and professional, and their leadership has been proactive in providing guidance to help us meet our goals. With many moving parts and evolving requirements, their team’s timely delivery was key to successfully launching our Pilot site. Many features we needed were ready to use out of the box, and the robust integration options made connecting with our existing tech stack seamless. While a few minor features—like easily testing email templates—aren’t available yet, Axero actively collaborates with us to prioritize enhancements, demonstrating their commitment to continuous improvement.
A Strong Intranet Solution with Excellent Support
We are very pleased with Communifire, especially with the support from Axero in delivering such a solid product. Over the past three years since implementation, it has become the primary hub for company information, widely adopted by our user base. The out-of-the-box features cover most of our intranet needs, and whenever support was required, the team was always responsive and helpful. The only minor challenge is that tasks outside the standard solution can require technical development work, which may involve additional costs if done externally. Overall, it’s been a highly positive experience.
