Teachable was perfect starter for us
We first chose Teachable because it was easy to use and budget-friendly for launching our course. In the early stages, it worked well for organizing content and handling admin tasks through the dashboard. However, as our community and platform grew, we found ourselves needing more advanced features that Teachable wasn’t able to offer. Switching to another platform was the right move to support our growth. We also encountered a few technical issues along the way, though I’m sure many of those have been improved since then.

Affordable hosting platform for course creation
Teachable is one of the more budget-friendly platforms for hosting courses and coaching sessions. It offers a solid set of basic features, including content creation, email automation, assignments, quizzes, analytics, and reporting. While it may not be as visually appealing or feature-rich as some competitors like Kartra, it still delivers a smooth and learner-friendly experience. The student portal is easy to navigate, and you can upload all the materials needed to support course completion.

Perfect tool for course creator
I had a very smooth experience with everything I needed available in one place. The interface is excellent, and overall it really covers all the key features a course creator like me would need. They even include a built-in payment gateway, which saves a lot on commissions and monthly fees by not needing extra services.

Teachable is easy to get started and set up, and it offers plenty of great features to make your course page look professional and appealing. It provides excellent third-party integrations, so you don’t have to build everything from scratch. It also offers multiple payment options and makes it easy to customise your virtual classroom for your students.
